Who We Are
Nduba Charity Foundation was initiated in 2025 Mr. Valentine Nkemdilim the Founder and a group of friends, who came together with the intention of giving back to the society. Chinedu Valentine Nkemdilim is from Iruobielli Village, Enugwu-Agidi community in Njikoka LGA of Anambra State, Nigeria. I am a graduate and a registered practicing nurse in Nigeria and the UK for now.
Most importantly NDUBA CHARITY FOUNDATION is a non profitable , non governmental, non partisan and non religious organisation. Her name NDUBA was coined from my late dad’s middle name. When he was alive, his legacy, antecedents, love for God and humanity made me feel it’s necessary I uphold such past principles.
NDUBA CHARITY FOUNDATION’s vision is clear and simple. It only deals with helping vulnerable, less privileged and the elderly. Poverty alleviation, Illness prevention and suffering reduction are the main reasons why NDUBA CHARITY FOUNDATION exists.
The foundation is dynamic, flexible and could affect any area in as much as those peculiar problems are identified. We collaborate with others, we mean institutions, organisations, donors and private entities to achieve our goals and objectives. We are transparent with finance and material resources to the extent that anyone could monitor our activities and financial transactions.

Our Mission
We are committed to promoting health, preventing illness, alleviating suffering through inclusive, non discriminating support.
Fuelled with enthusiasm, Nduba founders gave a shape to their dream, and Nduba Charity Foundation was born. Over the last two years, Nduba has evolved as a sustainable social institution – committed to do real work on the ground, and make the society and businesses inclusive in the process of bringing change
On our way, we had to make many difficult choices and constantly innovate – whether it was choosing to work on the ground through a service-delivery approach, practicing management principles and adopting a business-like approach in the development sector, creating a unique resource modeling keeping businesses at the centre, or promoting the concept of civic driven change. Yes, we almost always took the road less travelled, and as they say, that has made all the difference!
NDUBA CHARITY FOUNDATION has 15 volunteer workers and her umbrella making sure events, activities and tasks are accomplished. We wish to seek collaboration, support, grants and assistance in continuing to make sure lives are touched for good and happiness restored on faces. Thank you

Vision
To build a compassionate world by uplifting the less privileged, promoting healthy living, preventing illness and reducing human suffering.

Our Work
Projects that uplift and heal communities.
Health Camps
Free medical checkups and wellness education.
Outreach
Building strong ties with local communities.

Education
Supporting learning for underprivileged youth. We believe that education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: the means because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and because it increases one’s awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one’s rights – and in the process help him/her evolve as a better citizen. Education is the most effective tool which helps children build a strong foundation; enabling them to free themselves from the vicious cycle of ignorance, poverty and disease.
Relief
Providing aid during times of crisis.
