FACES BEHIND NDUBA CHARITY FOUNDATION'S MISSION.

The Nduba Charity Foundation Team comprises of people from different walks of life who have all come together with their varied experiences to work towards one mission. It includes people from diverse backgrounds including social workers, MBA's, chartered accountants, Medical , IT Specialists, corporate professionals, consultants and PR professionals.

The team is a blend of experienced veterans and enthusiastic freshers; all put in sync with the Foundation’s core values which also drive individual thought and action. Nduba endeavour to create an ambience where people have the freedom to deliver quality and take pride in their work. All the team members are also given the opportunity to connect with each other regularly. Events and activities are designed and organised to make each one feel, as much a part of the Nduba family.

Nduba Charity Foundation is a people-driven organisation – right from the people who started it with a vision, to the people who work with us to bring change at the grassroots, to the people who support our work, and most importantly the people who we serve on the ground through our work. Committed, responsible people who are passionate to make a difference to the world around them are the backbone of Foundation.

Mr. Chinedu Valentine Nkemdilim, a Nursing graduate, With experience at leadership level ...

Mr Chinedu Valentine Nkemdilim joined hands with some of his like-minded friends to set up NDUBA Foundation. Chinedu Valentine Nkemdilim, from Iruobielli Village, Enugwu-Agidi community in Njikoka LGA of Anambra State, Nigeria. I am a graduate and a registered practicing nurse in Nigeria and the UK for now.

Mr. Valentine Provides overall strategic direction and oversees daily operations, represents the organisation publicly as supported by the board etc.

Admin Operations (Mr Fabian)

A graduate of

Ensure adherence to monitoring and evaluations, supervise communications and media presentations & to ensure trainings necessary for expected outcome are being carried out by the coordinator involved.

Admin Finance (Mrs Lilian)

A graduate of Nursing...... with over 10 years of experience, Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting/ secretarial duties, monetary business, management & Compliance

Monitoring and Evaluation : (Mrs Ruth)

To track programme outcomes , impacts and ensures accountability

Fund raising/development : (Mr Justus)

Fund raising strategies,Donor relations and grant writing.
