FACES BEHIND NDUBA CHARITY FOUNDATION'S MISSION.

The Nduba Charity Foundation Team comprises of people from different walks of life who have all come together with their varied experiences to work towards one mission. It includes people from diverse backgrounds including social workers, MBA's, chartered accountants, Medical , IT Specialists, corporate professionals, consultants and PR professionals.

The team is a blend of experienced veterans and enthusiastic freshers; all put in sync with the Foundation’s core values which also drive individual thought and action. Nduba endeavour to create an ambience where people have the freedom to deliver quality and take pride in their work. All the team members are also given the opportunity to connect with each other regularly. Events and activities are designed and organised to make each one feel, as much a part of the Nduba family.

Nduba Charity Foundation is a people-driven organisation – right from the people who started it with a vision, to the people who work with us to bring change at the grassroots, to the people who support our work, and most importantly the people who we serve on the ground through our work. CEO & Founder

Mr. Valentine Nkemdilim is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NDUBA Charity Foundation. With a background in Nursing and professional experience both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, he brings a unique blend of compassion, leadership, and global perspective to the organization.

Driven by a deep passion for humanity and community development, he joined forces with like-minded individuals to establish NDUBA with the mission of reaching the underserved and restoring hope to vulnerable populations. His leadership is rooted in service, integrity, and a strong commitment to making meaningful impact.

Originally from Iruobielli Village in Enugwu-Agidi, Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria, Mr. Valentine combines his healthcare expertise with strategic leadership to guide the foundation’s vision and operations. His experience as a registered practicing nurse has shaped his understanding of care, empathy, and the urgent needs within communities.

Under his leadership, NDUBA continues to grow as a platform for positive change, transforming lives through compassion-driven initiatives and sustainable programs.

Admin Operations (Mr Fabian)

Mr. Fabian serves as the Administrative Operations Manager, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise and organizational leadership to the team. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, which equips him with analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to operations management.

He oversees the organization’s administrative activities, coordinates internal processes, and supports the team in delivering impactful programs to the community. His dedication and strong organizational skills help us stay efficient, focused, and committed to our mission

Admin Finance (Mrs Lilian)

Mrs. Lillian oversees the financial and administrative structure of NDUBA, ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper resource management. With a background in Nursing and professional experience in the United Kingdom, she brings discipline, compassion, and international exposure to her role.

She manages financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring that every donation is properly utilized to support our mission. Her commitment to integrity and service helps sustain the trust that drives our organization forward.

Monitoring and Evaluation : (Mrs Ruth)

Mrs. Ruth is responsible for monitoring and evaluating NDUBA’s programs to ensure effectiveness and impact. With a background in Library and Information Science, she brings strong analytical and data management skills to the team.

She tracks progress, measures outcomes, and provides insights that help improve program delivery. Her work ensures that every initiative is aligned with our goals and delivers meaningful results.

Fund raising/development : (Mr Justus)

Mr. Justus leads NDUBA’s fundraising and development initiatives, helping to secure the resources needed to support our programs. As a graduate of Computer Science, he combines innovation with strategy to create effective fundraising campaigns.

He builds partnerships, engages donors, and develops sustainable funding strategies that ensure the growth and long-term impact of the organization. His creativity and dedication play a key role in expanding NDUBA’s reach.

Legal & Compliance: (Bar. God's Grace).

Bar. God's Grace oversees legal matters and ensures that NDUBA operates in full compliance with all regulations. As a graduate of Law, she provides guidance on governance, policies, and organizational integrity.

She ensures that all activities are conducted ethically and within legal frameworks, safeguarding the organization and strengthening its credibility. Her expertise is essential in maintaining trust and accountability.

Community Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator : (Mr Israel)

Mr. Israel leads NDUBA’s community outreach and volunteer coordination efforts, working directly with communities to deliver support where it is most needed. With a background in Medical Laboratory Science, he brings a strong sense of care and service to his role.

He organizes outreach programs, manages volunteers, and ensures effective engagement with beneficiaries. His passion for community service helps bridge the gap between the organization and the people it serves.

Communications/PRO : (Mr Peter)

Mr. Peter manages communications and public relations at NDUBA, ensuring that our message reaches the right audience with clarity and impact. With a background in Computer Science, he leverages digital tools and media platforms to tell our story.

He is responsible for content creation, media engagement, and public awareness campaigns that highlight our work and inspire support. His role is vital in connecting the organization with the community and stakeholders.
