Who We Are

NDUBA CHARITY FOUNDATION is a non governmental organization, we uplift lives with compassion and care. Established in 2025, Nduba Charity Foundation is a Nigerian development organization, impacting the lives of Children and their families every year. We have projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women empowerment in remote villages and urban slums across state.

Nduba Charity Foundation works as a catalyst in the cycle of change, complementing and supplementing government efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. We sensitize and partner with like-minded institutions and individuals to implement high-impact programmes that enable access, enhance quality and help bring long term behavioural change at the grassroots.

HOW WE WORK

Shaped by decades  of experience within the Nigerian Communities Nduba Charity Foundation effects change by bringing together real-world solutions, policy expertise, sustainable financing and collaborative partnerships.

Social Venture Philanthropy (SVP) is an innovative model based on the business concept of venture capital. Under SVP, Nduba Charity Foundation identifies and implements its development projects through credible community based organizations. We also handhold and build capacities of these organizations, focusing on achieving scalability and sustainability, creating a culture of leadership and excellence and inculcating a deep sense of accountability among them.

Nduba Charity Foundation implements the development interventions directly as it requires intensive and professional engagement for a wider and sustained outcome. While working in remote rural areas, we realized that an intensive on-ground intervention is needed, which might be beyond the capacity of community based organizations and hence, we directly implement such projects, liaising with local community stakeholders for better social return on investment.
